Power on operation: When the instrument is powered on ( 12-28VDC ), it will start working. First enter the self-test state. The LED will display the version number of the instrument software and sensor software. Then the instrument enters the warm-up state and the leftmost decimal point flashes, three minutes warm up After that, the instrument enters normal operation mode.

2 zero operation

( 1 ) Zeroing operation with magnetic bar: In normal operation mode, the instrument enters the programming mode after the CH1 point is set by a magnetic bar. After entering this mode for 5 seconds, the first function option is “zeroing- 0. ” Display “ 0. ” in the status bit and start counting down for 10 seconds. Before the countdown is completed, use the magnetic rod to point CH2 and the instrument will start zero calibration. After the zero calibration is over, the instrument will automatically return to the normal display mode.

( 2 ) Use key to perform zero adjustment operation: First, open the shell of the instrument, press MODE key, and then press “ ENTER ” key after “ MODE ”, “ + ”, “ - ”, “ + ” key to confirm, and the instrument enters programming mode. , and then press " + " or " - " key to switch function options to "zero -0. " At this time, the status bit shows " 0 " and starts counting down for 10 seconds. Press the confirmation key before the countdown is completed to start zeroing. Return to normal display mode automatically.

3 calibration operation

( 1 ) Use magnetic bar to perform calibration operation: In normal operation mode, the instrument enters programming mode after the CH1 point is set by a magnetic bar , and then the magnetic bar point CH1 is used to switch to the function option “Calibration- C ”.

At this time, the status bit shows “ C. ” and starts counting down for 10 seconds. Before the countdown is completed, use the magnetic bar to point CH2 and the instrument starts to calibrate. After starting the calibration procedure, the instrument will automatically zero and display the flashing “ 0. ” in the status bit . ”, and start timing. After the zero adjustment, the instrument enters the calibration state. The upper line of the LED shows “ C.XXX ”. At this time, it is necessary to provide the instrument with the standard gas related to the calibration gas concentration. During the calibration process, the calibration value will change from the digital zero until the calibration automatically ends. The instrument will automatically return to the normal display mode after the calibration is completed;

Fifth, portable combustible gas alarm operating procedures
