First, according to the actual lighting needs of the work site, determine the lighting installation location and method, and then press the lamp to the 220V power contact point to prepare the appropriate length of the three-core cable (such as the use of steel cable wiring will be the introduction of three-core cable to the lamp Installation site).

Second, remove the side panel with the open/locked label on the junction box, remove the mounting accessories from the box, and seal the gasket, gasket and connector (with set screw). If the lamp is installed by ceiling, there is still Ceiling-type adapter (with set screw) and 3/4 inch adapter.

(1) Vertical ceiling installation: firstly insert the joint through the cable, screw in the steel pipe, tighten the set screw, and then pass the cable through the gasket and seal ring in turn until the terminal box (reserve a certain length of cable for convenience Wiring), then tighten the lamp body and connector, and tighten the set screw.

(2) Ceiling mounting: Screw the 3/4-inch adapter into the ceiling adapter, screw in the 3/4-inch adapter, tighten the set screws, then pass the cable, install it on the roof, and finally Pass the cable through the gasket and seal ring in turn until it is inside the junction box (reserve a certain length of cable for convenient wiring), then tighten the lamp body and connector, and tighten the set screw.

3. Connect one end of the three-core cable to the L', N' and grounding marks in the box, and then press the cable with the cable clamp and fasten it with the fastening screw. Then attach the side plate and tighten the screw.

4. Finally, connect the other end of the three-core cable to the 220V power supply according to the explosion-proof requirements.

Simple troubleshooting method:

Light source is not bright

Cause: Circuit failure.

Treatment method: a, check the circuit contacts, cable and terminal connections are solid.
