The total construction height of the project is 297.2m and the construction area is 160842.6m2 (excluding the basement). Water supply plan analysis
According to the water characteristics of the office building, the centralized water supply and direct drinking water system were not considered when designing the water supply system. There are three reasons for this: 1. The water use time is short. Office water is different from hotel water and residential water. The water consumption time is short, generally considered to be 10 hours (8:30-18:30), while the latter water use time is generally 24 hours; 2. The system needs periodic cycle. Since the non-use time is up to 14 hours, the system still needs uninterrupted operation during non-use time, which is not conducive to energy saving (including heat and electric energy); 3. The water consumption of hot water and direct drinking water is small. The office building has a hot water quota of 5-8 L/person. The total hot water consumption is about 81.3 m3/h. The small water consumption is very high compared to the super high-rise pipe network system and equipment operation and maintenance costs. Uneconomical. Therefore, it is recommended to set up a local hot water system and drinking water system.
1. Analysis of water supply methods:
At present, the commonly used forms of water supply methods mainly have the following four forms:
(1) Storage tank - constant pressure water pump - high water tank water supply method
(2) Water supply method for air pressure water supply equipment
(3) Reservoir - frequency conversion pump water supply
(4) Pipe network lamination equipment water supply method
The water supply mode of air pressure water supply equipment, due to the limitation of the volume of the pressure tank, it is impossible to supply water to large users; the pipe network lamination equipment is a new type of energy-saving water supply method in the past two years, but in the use of engineering, it is often subject to the surrounding municipal administration. The influence of pipe network diameter and water pressure fluctuation is also subject to many restrictions on water consumption and pipe diameter. When the municipal pressure is unstable, it can not save energy. The frequency conversion water supply equipment also belongs to a kind. Commonly used energy-saving equipment, but for office buildings, because the non-use time is greater than the water use time, the equipment still has more time in the inefficient area, and the water supply reliability is relatively poor; the biggest advantage of the high-level water tank supply is that the equipment has been In high-efficiency area operation, the water supply reliability is good, and the flow rate of the selected pump is smaller than that of the variable frequency pump and the pipe network lamination equipment, which is more suitable as the water supply mode for the office building.
2. Partitioning the water supply system:
Due to the high floor, it is necessary to set up an intermediate pool for district water supply. The height of 300m can be considered in two ways: 1.100m is divided into one area, the whole building can be divided into 3 areas, and the middle pool is set at 25 respectively. Layer equipment layer (112m), 51-layer equipment layer (216m) and top layer (272m); or divide the whole building into two areas with 150m boundary, the middle pool is set at 38-layer equipment layer (164m) and top layer ( 272m). From the perspective of the entire water supply system and technical feasibility, it is feasible to use two divisions or three divisions. The comparison between the two is not obvious and can be considered. However, considering that the fire protection system is divided into two areas as a whole, the living pool and the fire pool are installed in the 38-story equipment layer (164m), so that the installation can not only occupy less floor space, but also facilitate structural load calculation. It is also convenient for the owner to manage.
