We have seriously studied the relevant national laws and regulations, summed up the lessons of various accidents, and identified preventive measures. We realized that: To truly prevent the harm caused by the “killer” of the oxygen-deficient environment to operators, we should pay attention to the following point:

1) Conscientiously identify hazards in the operating environment and find out whether the operating environment is a potential oxygen-deficient environment or an actual oxygen-deficient environment. All types of confined spaces are strictly prohibited from entering. We must strictly abide by the principle of first analysis and later entry, and in particular, prevent illegal command and arrogance.

2) If it is necessary to ventilate the anoxic environment, oxygen-enriched conditions must be avoided, especially if the environment has flammable substances or hot work conditions.

3) Arranging the guardian to closely monitor the operation is a necessary and effective means to prevent accidents. The guardian’s timely help and rescue can earn valuable time for the rescue. The degree of injury to the accident may be greatly reduced. This has been fully verified in the actual case.
