(Approximately six floors below), therefore, trapped masses could easily suffer casualties due to impact or inability to accurately fall on the cushion, so use air cushions for escape.

Laying air cushions on the fires that count every second will not help you. In the fire, the first consideration is to organize fire fighting and rescue trapped people.
