Chen Jun: Ming Ming is currently one of the largest companies in China's smart manufacturing. Why can we develop in a short time? The main reason is the urgent need for transformation of China's manufacturing enterprises. Nowadays, the overcapacity of the traditional manufacturing industry can only solve the problem of overcapacity through a customized approach, and upgrade the original large-scale manufacturing to a small-volume customized production mode.
What Ming Ming is doing now is the intelligent manufacturing solution in the traditional manufacturing industry. We have industrial parks in 28 provinces across the country and have also taken on several national standards. Last year, the tax-included group had a sales income of 1.2 billion. At present, the problems faced by the manufacturing industry are that the product life cycle is relatively short, and the product replacement is relatively fast. Many colleagues said that the smart manufacturing countries said that they are pushing, and enterprises do not have this demand. This is not the case. The company's own demands are still quite a lot. The most direct appeal is whether your intelligent manufacturing plan directly saves labor, improves efficiency, and improves quality. There are not many units in this program. At present, we provide customers with intelligent design, intelligent industry, intelligent workshops and smart factories. With all the factories being networked, equipment, materials, personnel and warehouses are network nodes. We put factory-level software on the industrial cloud platform, and can also be placed on the shared cloud platform of the industrial park.
