New diamond saw blade cold forming machine passed the project identification

Recently, the Shijiazhuang Science and Technology Bureau hosted a peer expert to identify the “SLS-Y79Z-160 Diamond Saw Blade Cold Pressing Machine” undertaken by Shijiazhuang Lishen Forging Machine Co., Ltd.

The diamond saw blade cold press forming machine developed by this project has been tested by Hebei Province Machine Tool Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station and meets the requirements of JB/T3818-1999. Its automatic feeding adopts servo motor plus high-precision double-axis linear guide to improve positioning accuracy. The control is reliable, the operation is fast and convenient; the trapezoidal ball screw lifter and the double auxiliary cylinder are used to adjust the volume of the silo to ensure the consistency of the feeding, and the conditions for mass production are available. Appraised by the expert group, the product design is reasonable, advanced technology, high production efficiency, the overall technology has reached the leading level of domestic similar products, and successfully passed the acceptance of the expert group.

Shijiazhuang Lishen Forging Machine Co., Ltd. is the only manufacturer in Hebei Province that produces both presses and hydraulic presses. The company has a history of designing, developing and manufacturing open presses and hydraulic presses for more than 30 years. The J11Y-125 and -160 hydraulic mechanical presses produced have won national patents.
