The moisture of the cold steam is transferred to the yarn, and the moisture distribution of the yarn is absolutely uniform, achieving consistent yarn strength and friction values, and the heat treatment also relaxes the twist.

In the production process of the yarn, the moisture of the fiber is continuously volatilized, and the humidity of the raw material to the package yarn is reduced by more than 4%. Different spinning mills have different yarn moisture indexes. Increasing the speed of the machine leads to a large loss of weight (moisture); the high temperature and friction inside the machine evaporates the moisture in the yarn and reduces the quality of the yarn. It is not conducive to the subsequent processing steps.

The fifth step: a second vacuum. The unique vacuum design of the pumice steamer ensures the processing of the yarn.

The sixth step: secondary heating and insulation. Make sure to compensate for the loss of yarn weight and improve yarn quality. After the yarn is humidified (steamed), it is placed after the winding. Before the yarn is stored in the warehouse, if the storage time of the yarn is long, it is better to perform it before delivery. The proper packaging of the yarn during transport, such as: a package of bobbins or a tensioning of the yarn, can maintain the humidity of the yarn. In addition, knitting and weaving can also benefit from the humidification process prior to use of the yarn. The research on the supply and demand of weaving shows that the yarn is better than the non-humidification treatment (dry yarn) after humidification treatment.
