2. 4. Strictly control the processing quality and accuracy when the diameter values ​​of the points are not common; the bracket and tailstock should be adjusted in time.
(1) After coarse grinding and semi-finishing; the cylindricity of the workpiece should not exceed the difference. (3) If the rough grinding presents a large spiral appearance; the reason is that the grinding wheel is not well-tuned; the grinding wheel must be uniform when finishing the grinding wheel; there must be no significant single-angle spark appearance; the workpiece surface is easy to appear after the grinding wheel is blunt Large spiral.
(4) During fine grinding; the workpiece tends to appear rough, scratched and the surface of the coolant is not clean. To avoid this appearance; the newly refined grinding wheel should be brushed with a wire brush (pay attention to safety).
(5) When the workpiece exhibits the appearance of taper, drum shape, saddle shape, and the diameter of both ends is larger or smaller when finishing grinding; the bracket, tailstock, grinding wheel overrun and the number of workpieces and the stop of the grinding wheel at both ends of the workpiece should be adjusted. time.
5. Strict control of the temperature of the two tip parts can determine whether the tip tightness is reasonable according to the change of the temperature of the two tips. Usually, the temperature of the tip is slightly higher than the temperature of the workpiece.
(1) The reason why the temperature of both tips is too high: one is too tight; the other is that the tip is not concentric with the middle hole of the workpiece. If the top is too tight; first loosen the tip; Adjust the tightness of the top.
(2) If the temperature of a certain tip is too high, it is clarified that the tip is not concentric with the middle hole of the workpiece.
(3) When the temperature of the two tips is common with the temperature of the workpiece; the two ends of the workpiece will not exhibit multi-angle appearance; and the spark is more uniform; at this moment, the grinding can be continued. If the two ends of the workpiece are polygonal, the tip should be tightened first; If the workpiece is not burned, it can be ground in full. When the spark at both ends of the workpiece is uneven, it is necessary to tighten the tip of the tail.
