David Brien, a researcher at a research institute in Texas, said that experiments showed that one plum has antioxidant content equivalent to a handful of blueberries. The scientist who helped complete the study, Lewis Sinalogos, said: "Blueberries have encountered a strong competitor. People often eat a little blueberries at a time.
