Xing Cong 21 is a national geographical and environmental labeling product, which is a local specialty cultivar Xinghua Shallot. The species has good cold resistance and heat resistance, and has low requirements for light intensity. The suitable temperature for growth is 12-23°C. The spring and autumn seasons grow fast, and the average yield per mu is 3500-4000 kg. Compared with the original Xinghua scallion, it showed better heat resistance and higher yield.
