According to the target level of copper matte, the slag type should be reasonably controlled, and the iron-silicon ratio should be controlled within a reasonable range so that the viscosity of the slag is appropriate, the fluidity is normal, and the temperature of the rinse is moderate. According to the main components of the material into the furnace, controlling the appropriate ratio of wind and material, both to prevent excess oxygen, the emergence of peroxide slag, but also to prevent the lack of oxygen resulting in monomer sulfur. During the operation, the real-time monitoring of the temperature fluctuation curve of the furnace is strengthened, and the heavy oil, coal addition amount and oxygen concentration are adjusted in time so that the Austrian furnace furnace is stably controlled within a certain range and the melt fluidity is ensured. At the same time, the copper slag and slag working surface are controlled on the specified working surface to ensure the time and effect of slag copper clarification and separation.
