1, impact performance test

(1) Connect the helmet test sensor and the helmet tester sensor interface

(2) Turn on the power before the test. Press the confirmation key, there appears "1 helmet impact method" "2 # helmet puncture" words, this time the electromagnet is energized to produce magnetic force, the plane of the hammer is aligned below the electromagnet, so that the electromagnet and the center of the hammer are attracted. Use arrow keys (↑) (↓) to move the cursor and then press enter to enter the corresponding test state. “Drop and Drip” sounds can be used to drop the hammer test. (Hammer impact must be completed within 5 seconds after the sound is heard). The impact data is displayed after a few seconds. If the impact force is less than 4.900 kN, the test passes. If you want to print, press Print to print out the test report. Reset to exit. When you do the next helmet, press Test Health to repeat the above steps.

2, puncture resistance test

An intact safety helmet is placed on the head mold, and an electrode of the electric contact device is placed between the safety helmet and the head mold. The electrode is made of aluminum sheet, and a steel cone contacts the electrode to form a closed circuit. Before turning on the power supply before the test, when the screen displays "Pinsheng Electric welcomes you!" screen, use the steel cone to drop from the height of 1m within 100mm of the top center of the puncture helmet. Press the test key one after another and use the arrow keys ( ↑) (↓) After moving the cursor to the “Hard Hat” and pressing the Enter key, “1# Helmet Impact” and “2# Helmet Piercing” appear. At this time, the electromagnet is energized to generate magnetic force, and the plane of the puncture hammer is aligned with the electromagnetic Underneath the iron, the electromagnet is attracted to the center of the puncture hammer. Use arrow keys (↑) (↓) to move the cursor and then press enter to enter the corresponding test state. “Drop and Drip” sounds can be used to drop the hammer test.
