1. Base Material: Hot-DIP Galvanized steel Tube
2. Technology Procedure: Four layers surface coating treatment:
2.1. Hot-DIP galvanizing: Extra protection against rust, corrosion;
2.2. Zinc phosphate: Promote the adhesion between the steel and coating film;
2.3. Zinc-rich epoxy powder coat: Providing long-lasting, anti-impaction and anti-corrosion;
2.4. Polyester color coat: With extra anti-UV rays, corrosion and self-cleaning
3. Galvanization: 60G/M2---130G/M2 Zinc: 400G/M2-----600G/M2
4. Packaging:
Fence panel: Plastic film+wood/metal pallet
Fence panel and post:
1>It should be some mat on the bottom of the fence panel pallet to keep the bottom panel
2>It should be has 4 metal corner around the panel pallet, let it be more strong. It can't be destroyed
3>It should have iron plate under the plastic bandage, or if the work pack the pallet, it will be destroyed the panel
4>It should be have wood plate on the top of the fence panel, to avoid the above pallet will be destoyed the under pallet panel
