1. The air-cooled condenser uses air as the cooling medium. Due to the dust in the air, some dust will adhere to the outer surface of the condenser fin. If the time is long, the heat dissipation effect of the condenser will be deteriorated. Especially in places with harsh environments, it should be cleaned regularly. The cleaning method is as follows: pure dust can be blown clean with compressor air, etc. If there is more dirt, the heat-dissipating tube and fins should be cleaned with a non-corrosive cleaning agent to achieve the purpose of improving the heat dissipation effect.

2. For water-cooled condensers, it is mainly to remove scale. The cleaning cycle depends on the water quality. The water quality (such as landscape water and deep well water) is cleaned at least once a year. The water quality is good and can be cleaned once every 2 to 3 years.
The small water-cooled chiller is equipped with a casing type water-cooled condenser, which can be pickled. The specific operation method is as follows: the condenser is removed, the accumulated water is discharged, and 10% of the dilute sulfuric acid solution is injected into the closed state until the outlet has a solution outflow position. Dilute sulfuric acid can be released after 20~30min in the condenser. Repeat this two or three times. Finally, install the connecting pipe of the cooling water pipe and the condenser, and open the cooling water valve for 10~20min. The anti-scaling and cleaning work will be finished.

In the industrial chiller refrigeration system, the compressor, evaporator, condenser, and throttling device are the four essential parts of the refrigeration system. The condenser is the device that emits heat, and the heat absorbed in the evaporator is together with The heat transferred by the compressor work is transferred to the cooling medium and taken away, which is one of the important roles of the refrigeration system.
