New polyurethane glass fiber material was successfully developed

Feihu (Xiamen) Polyurethane Products Co., Ltd. has developed a new series of polyurethane fiberglass resin composite products, including polyurethane foam layer and glass fiber resin layer. This new composite material not only has the hardness of FRP and the strength and toughness of low-density polyurethane core foam, but also has low overall density and good impact strength.

The material is prepared by spraying a release agent in a mold of a preset model; then uniformly spraying the glass fiber resin on the inner surface of the mold, and forming a glass fiber having a hollow cavity after the glass fiber resin is cured. a resin layer; then injecting the low-density polyurethane raw material into the mold, and foaming by chemical reaction, so that the polyurethane fills the hollow cavity of the glass fiber resin layer to form a polyurethane foam layer; after the foam molding, the product is opened and the product is removed. Repair and exterior painting, and finally finish processing.
