Second, if the bearings of SKF bearings are insufficiently lubricated or excessively lubricated, the lubricant contains magazines, the load is too large, the outer spherical bearings are damaged, the gap is insufficient, and the high temperature friction caused by the oil seals.
High temperatures often indicate that the bearing is in an abnormal condition. High temperatures are also detrimental to the lubricant in the bearing. Sometimes bearing overheating can be attributed to the bearing's lubricant. If the bearing is operated for longer than 125 degrees Celsius, it will reduce bearing life.
Third, it is best to check the SKF inlet bearings and periodically check the oil seal when opening the bearing housing. Check the condition of the oil seal near the bearing to ensure that they are sufficient to prevent hot liquid or corrosive liquid or gas from penetrating into the outer spherical bearing along the shaft. If the bearing is well lubricated and properly blocks debris and moisture, the oil seal should be absent. Wear and oil seal should be replaced as soon as possible.
