Lin Boqiang: The most effective subsidy is to save the enterprise, expand the end market, and expand the application. Solar photovoltaic industry's macro industrial chain mainly involves three links: R&D, equipment, and terminal utilization. In general, R&D and terminals are not currently competitive, because R&D payback is relatively long. Now the general direction of the government is to expand the market and expand the terminal market. The direction is correct. For the middle part of the equipment, an atmosphere of full competition should be given, and the mechanism for the survival of the fittest is better. The government must set a good position and implement distributed photovoltaics, solar power stations, and solar buildings as soon as possible, and issue corresponding supporting regulations as soon as possible so that it can improve the difficult situation of solar photovoltaics next year.
The benefits of subsidies do not have to go into details. As for the drawbacks, I think it is the large-scale nationalization of photovoltaic companies. This is what we do not want to see.
