1. Automatic low pressure grouting device

Construction steps:



1. Base treatment: remove dust and oil on the surface of the crack;

2. Determine the injection port: generally set an injection port according to the distance of 20 ~ 750px, the position of the injection port should be set as far as possible in the part where the crack is wide and the opening is smooth, and reserved;

3. Closed crack: use quick-drying sealing glue, apply scraping along the crack surface, leaving the injection port;

4. Install the plastic base: stick the base to the injection port with sealing glue;

5. Install the grouting device: After the sealing glue is solidified, the filled grouting resin is sucked into the grouting device, and the resin-filled grout is screwed on the base;

6. Grouting: Loosen the grout spring to confirm the injection state. If the resin is insufficient, it can be replenished and then continue to be injected;

7. Injecting and closing: After the injection speed is reduced, it is confirmed that the filling machine can be removed, and the base can be blocked with a plug;

8. After the resin is cured, knock off the base and plug, and clean the surface sealant.
