For the transformation and upgrading, I talked about my own experiences.
First, transformation and upgrading happen all the time. Because this is a heritage and accumulation; or a corporate culture that seeks change. Excellence is also a process of continuous development; upgrading is an innovation. Can be seen and touched like products, equipment upgrades, etc., this is what everyone is willing to do, but what really needs to be spent and costly is a delicate structure, overall thinking, profit model, channels and technology. Such as information technology, e-commerce marketing and so on. For example, in many industries, there are some experience projects, such as selling furniture and selling decoration products. All of them are equipped with an experience department to let customers experience the reality. This is a service innovation. As a raw material supplier in the industry, what we actually do and have been doing is to be the “friends†of our customers: to integrate, make friends, and build trust. When customers need, for example, when customers are developing products, they can think of us so that we can help and go forward with customers. This is also an innovation. It can also be seen that innovation is everywhere and there is nowhere.
Innovation is to change, to meet all the needs of customers, including services, products, processes, channels, profit models, etc., but the real cost and strength is soft power, is a change in concept. Anything that can be bought with money is called renewal, not innovation.
Second, in the process of transformation and upgrading, we must lose and survive. As long as you don't die, you must persist. Because failure is a transformation and upgrading, it is the key to innovation, and failure is the middle ground of the success process. I remember that when I was attending a conference in the United States, there was a boss who was in charge of R&D. He said a word, "You have to learn to open a party for the most exciting failures." That is to say, some failures are more than successful ones. It is very valuable to learn something from a failed middle school. At the same time, we must have a scientific attitude to deal with these failures before we can succeed. Reverse reasoning, because all innovations, or transformation and upgrading, are not fixed, there is no formula, so we must make a scientific assessment of the variables and risks, and control the risks and costs of the innovation process within a certain range. Even if you can afford to lose it, you can't say that my innovation is risking my life. It is gambling, not innovation, so the team must have this mental preparation.
Third, innovation is not a person's personal behavior, it is a team. The whole team must run through an innovative concept and consciousness, and at the same time, not afraid of failure. If there is a failure, they will evade each other and find reasons to shirk their responsibilities. Such a company And the team can't make innovations. Therefore, innovation or transformation and upgrading should be regarded as a team's ideas and concepts, and become a part of corporate culture.
For innovation, sometimes I feel that it is also an innovation. Some people may not understand this, I will give an example. The building template veneer paper produced by our company was imported from China to China. Later, several companies, including imported and domestic ones, formed five high-end products. However, within three years, many companies have entered the industry, and more than 90 production plants have appeared before and after. Domestic innovation often emphasizes low cost, adding urea to it, the cost is indeed much lower, but there will be losses in quality and quality. At the same time, do not pay attention to the use of resources, throw away when the disposable board is used up. Because most of the national projects are state-owned enterprises, there are rebates in them, so you don't want to have a long life. It is good to throw them once. The more sales, the more rebates. However, the five high-end products companies also followed suit and learned to reduce costs. As a result, the four families fell, the two were withdrawn, and the two collapsed. Only one of the Taier families remained. After two years of hard work, we turned from loss to profit. . This is a principle that I uphold: don't do bad things, do high-end, don't follow the crowd. It is also a state of mind that does not follow the trend, and it is changing. I am unchanged, and it is also unconventional. It is also an innovation. This is one of my views: as long as it is considered an advanced value, stick to it.
For innovation, there should also be a sober understanding. It is not that all "new" is innovation. When the head office wanted to shut down the factory, I insisted that it was not a gamble, a temporary loyalty, a possible factor for the variable, The possibility of risk, a half-month analysis and research on this subject, consulted many people, this "exercise" I personally did. From this, I realized that if a company's corporate culture is well established, then its innovation will be a gradual process of continuous change, the process of continuous improvement, sudden changes and amazing large-scale transformation and upgrading, for a company It's hard to happen. At the same time, innovation does not happen every day, but every day, when you see it, you will change it and gradually improve it. As long as you have this awareness and persist in it for a long time, you will see great results.
