Application of oblique wedge in die

There is a part as shown in Figure 1, the material is 45 steel, thickness 0.45mm, side wall 18.6mm × 2.5mm window. The designed die is cleverly used to make the original 8mm through hole of the process part, and the wedge is placed to make the punch (blade) move horizontally to realize window blanking.
