PP
plastic flame retardant is made of imported materials and is a new type of reactive flame retardant containing elements such as Br (bromine) and P (phosphorus) N (nitrogen). Let's take a look at the commonly used 3 types of PP plastic flame retardants:
1, bromine flame retardant
Most brominated flame retardants decompose at 200-300 ° C. This temperature range is also the decomposition temperature range of polypropylene. Therefore, when the polypropylene is thermally decomposed, the bromine-based flame retardant starts to decompose and can capture it. Degradation of free radicals generated by the reaction, thereby delaying or terminating the chain reaction of combustion. At the same time, the released HBr itself is a kind of flammable gas. The gas has a high density and can cover the surface of the material, thereby blocking the surface flammable gas and suppressing the burning of the material.
The main disadvantage of the bromine-based flame retardant is that it reduces the UV stability of the flame-retardant substrate, and generates more smoke, corrosive gas and toxic gas during combustion, which limits its application.
2, phosphorus flame retardant
The phosphorus-based flame retardant functions to retard the dehydration and carbonization at the time of initial decomposition of the polymer. This dehydration carbonization step must rely on the oxygen-containing groups of the polymer itself, and the polymer having an oxygen-containing group for its structure. Their flame retardant effect will be better. For polypropylene, since the molecular structure itself has no oxygen-containing groups, the flame retardant effect is not good when the phosphorus-based flame retardant is used alone, but if it is compounded with (0H)3 and Mg(OH)2, A synergistic effect is produced to obtain a good flame retardant effect.
3. Phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant
Phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant is also called intumescent flame retardant. When the polymer containing such flame retardant is heated, the surface can form a uniform layer of carbon foam to prevent heat, oxygen and smoke. Its role, and to prevent the occurrence of droplets, so it has good flame retardant properties. The intumescent flame retardant system generally consists of three parts: an acid source (dehydrating agent), a carbon source (carbonizing agent), and a gas source (nitrogen source, foaming source). The intumescent flame retardant mainly acts as a flame retardant in the coagulation phase by forming a porous foamed carbon layer, and the phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant has the advantages of no halogen, low smoke and low toxicity.
Door Cutain Net
Door curtain nets have become a popular choice for homeowners seeking a practical and stylish solution to keep insects out while allowing fresh air to circulate. These nets are specifically designed to fit over doorways, providing a barrier against bugs and pests. Made from a fine mesh material, door curtain nets effectively prevent insects from entering indoor spaces, creating a comfortable and bug-free environment. They are easy to install and remove, making them a convenient option for both temporary and permanent use. With their transparent design, door curtain nets allow for unobstructed views and airflow, ensuring a pleasant and inviting entrance while keeping unwanted visitors at bay.
