Leng Zhibin : As early as a few years ago, Yawei was based on high-end positioning, carried out transformation and upgrading of forming machine tools, and promoted the development of automated complete sets of equipment. A few years ago, we eliminated the sales of low-end general products. In the past five years, we have basically maintained steady growth, and the scale and efficiency have achieved a good balance. For the past few years, the company has maintained a net profit margin of 10%, which has not caused a relatively large decline due to market fluctuations. This is due to the upgrading of traditional products, continuous improvement of the technical quality of products, consolidation of market share, customer recognition. Yawei also has missing areas, such as the application of new technologies such as laser technology. There is some lag in development, or the speed and quality of development have not reached the speed of market development. It is now accelerating to catch up. Although it started late, our machine tools have a relatively strong ability to control, quality control and product structure optimization in the manufacturing chain. Under the new normal, we must make strategic choices and make trade-offs. Also match the resources to be able to seize the opportunity.
Under the current new normal, the central government is advancing the structural reform of the supply side, and the three to go one by one and one to make up, as the enterprise's perspective is more important or the last one. The machine tool industry is a relatively traditional industry with a relatively long industrial chain. It has developed for so many years, and there are two fundamental elements. First, the technological innovation of products must always follow the changes in market demand and make adaptive follow-up; Enterprise product quality control, whether reliability or precision, should be adapted to future industry needs. Yawei must make a structural adjustment, and must make up the short board in a down-to-earth manner. In terms of technology and quality management, we continue to increase our investment to adapt to market changes and customer requirements.
Zhang Ming : China's economy, including manufacturing, has two characteristics. From the double-digit growth rate to the medium-speed development, this has been seen in the development of economically developed countries, and now it is our new Normal, so new actions are needed. Second, China has reached the stage of losing the demographic dividend. As we all know, it is very difficult to find a good worker. We can only recruit workers by raising wages. This will bring cost pressure to the company. According to statistics, in the past 10 years, wages have almost increased by 1.5 to 2 times, depending on the specific region, which is very stressful for enterprises.
The structural adjustment proposed by the central government puts higher demands on the manufacturing industry, requires more automation equipment in the manufacturing industry, and reduces labor costs. Secondly, the high-end market demands higher precision and higher productivity machine tools. EMAG saw this opportunity. A few years ago, the company put localization on the highest agenda. Three years ago, Changzhou City of Jiangsu built the largest production base in the global EMAG Group. This base is larger than the German base. The annual production capacity can reach 3,000 machine tools per year, and this year it can reach 600 machine tools.
Many people used to talk about the localization of machine tools. They just bought the localization of parts. I don't think it is. Localization should be done here for R&D, production, and all the parts are produced here. This is the most advanced localization. EMAG's development in the past few years is very fast. It has been very rapid in recent years. Last year, we also achieved double-digit growth. I hope that this year will also have such a big growth.
Ren Hongzhi : The positioning range of GROB products is completely for the manufacture of automobile engine powertrains, processing of engine cylinders, cylinder heads, gearboxes and other housings. In the 13 years of China's China, GROB has maintained double-digit growth every year, thanks to China's fast-growing automobile industry.
Due to the traditional relationship between Germany and Volkswagen, GROB has almost monopolized all powertrain production lines of FAW-Volkswagen and SAIC Volkswagen. But then Shanghai GM became our biggest customer. In Shanghai General Motors, GROB has more than 1,000 units, nearly 2,000 units, and more than 20 engine manufacturing lines. With the development of the national automobile industry, GROB has also begun to develop cooperation with Chery, Geely and Great Wall and other automotive powertrain workshops.
From this perspective, for Graub, although the machine tool industry is not very prosperous in recent years, it has not affected us a lot. The development of this pattern, this kind of environmental change requires us to face the development of domestic independent brands and private enterprises, but also requires us to carry out technological innovation. For example, we cooperated with GM to develop the cylinder spraying technology, which saved the cast iron cylinder liner.
With the emergence of the new pattern, GROB's product structure will also change. For example, with the development of new energy vehicles, the engine manufacturing industry will undergo revolutionary changes. This change may have lost the original advantages of GROB, so we are now developing new products. For example, at this CCMT2016, a brand-new five-axis linkage machine tool will be exhibited, which has a wide range of applications. This product is produced in the Dalian factory and is the only five-axis linkage machine that Germany allows us to produce in China. With the new environment and new situation, we should have something new.
Tang Xiuqing : Zhai Zhi began to do spindle research and development in 2002, and he just started to use the spindle for the circuit board industry. Now in the circuit board industry, Qi Zhizhan's share should be the largest. In the metal engraving industry, the mobile phone touch screen mold industry should also be the largest. It is expected that we will be listed on the GEM in March this year.
Just now President Chen has always talked about innovation. For us, the title is relatively large. The situation of our company is that small innovations must be continuous, big innovations should be stable, and no big innovations are allowed. The spindle occupies an important position in the machine and has a greater role in the production line. We try to be as stable as possible at this point. Small innovations must be reliable innovations. Big innovations must be verified. They think that there is no problem. Customers think that there is no problem. I personally think that every day is a new environment. When you earn money, store the "fat" and leave the money; when there are few orders, try to do research and development when you have time. Over the years, Zhizhi's R&D expenses have not been lower than 6% of sales in one year. We have been insisting on doing it, and then we have further increased our share by 10%. More than 100 colleagues in the spindle research and development, and their own training, basically 985, 211 colleges and universities recruited back. Over the years, I have not felt the big pressure, and it may not last long. We should ask more of the seniors. The first five seniors speak well. Everyone has limited energy and ability. If the exhibition is too wide, it is not very good. It is my goal to go on a solid foundation, not too fancy, and every promise must be done.
GiovanniMaria Varazi : Comau may be famous for robots in China. In fact, the robotics division is the smallest in the company. Comau offers all types of industrial automation solutions worldwide, mainly in the automotive industry. Coma's 2 billion euros in sales, car body assembly accounted for 50% to 60%; powertrain is the second largest business unit, about 400 million euros in sales.
The production of the Comau CNC Center is in Foshan, and may no longer be able to maintain double-digit growth, but it is still our most promising market. What I want to say is that the Chinese market accounts for 40% of global sales, so China is very critical to our business unit. This is a period of rapid change, a changing legislative process, new engine technology, and a new eco-friendly environment. We must be prepared to face these changes. Last year was a very difficult year for the whole industry. What is gratifying is the great changes in other industries. We have faced it many years ago. Industry 4.0, smart factories, smart machines, in the face of these challenges, we need smarter people, which is why we want to cultivate a culture of innovation culture and industrial automation within the company.
