(2) TAG solid state laser

The structural principle of the YAG solid-state laser is shown in Figure 3. It transfers the energy of the electrical energy into the working medium by means of an optical pump to form a pump chamber around the laser rod and the arc lamp. At the same time, the light is aligned with the working medium through the mirrors at both ends of the laser rod, and is excited to generate light amplification, thereby obtaining a laser.

The main purpose

For carbon steel, stainless steel sheet (thickness less than 3mm) cutting

Precision cutting of ceramic and aluminum alloy sheets (approx. 1mm)

Precision cutting of copper and aluminum alloy plates (thickness less than 20mm)

Cutting torch

The structure of the laser cutting torch is shown in Figure 4. It is mainly composed of a torch body, a focusing lens, a mirror and an auxiliary gas nozzle. When laser cutting, the torch must meet the following requirements:

1 The torch can eject enough airflow;

2 The direction of the gas in the torch must be coaxial with the optical axis of the mirror;

3 The focal length of the torch can be easily adjusted;

4 When cutting, ensure that the splash of metal vapor and cutting metal does not damage the mirror;

The movement of the torch is adjusted by the CNC motion system. There are three cases of relative movement between the torch and the workpiece:

1 The torch does not move, the workpiece moves through the table, and is mainly used for small-sized workpieces;

2 The workpiece does not move and the torch moves;

3 The torch and the table move at the same time.
