Machining of semi-axle

In the past, we used the semi-axle (Fig. 1) to cut the roughed bush into two halves, and then finish it after soldering, which is inefficient. Now we improve the fixture (Fig. 2) and the new process, eliminating the soldering process, improving the efficiency and reducing the cost. The new process is: roughing → milling and cutting → scribing → semi-finishing → finishing.
