The quantitative infeed fine adjustment method changes the uncontrollable problem of the feed amount under the manual hand feed mode. The control precision of the MPG is divided into 3μ, 10μ and 100μ.
The characteristics of the time servo feed mechanism:
· Built-in PLC
With internal PLC function, it can work independently as a system, which is convenient for working with various types of gantry planing and milling electronic control systems. When there is inconvenience, the program can be modified in real time to meet customer requirements.
· Installation and ease of use The system simplifies the mechanism of the feed box, just consider the way to install a normal motor.
The basic interface of the time servo feed mechanism: (can be modified according to the actual machine)
C4D0: Continuous/intermittent selection C4D1: to the left (when the intermittent feed is in progress, the rising edge of the signal is effective)
C4D2: to the right (when the intermittent feed is in progress, the rising edge of the signal is effective)
C4D3: Fast (only works during continuous feed and needs to be used with direction signals)
C4D4: Increase in the amount of feed (effective when selecting the jog potentiometer to adjust the feed amount)
C4D5: Reduced feed rate (selected when the jog potentiometer adjusts the feed amount)
C5D0: MPG strobe (valid in intermittent and continuous state)
C5D1: x1 file (1μ for the hand vein and 1μ for the needle)
C5D2: x100 file (100μ for the hand vein)
