1 Grassroots requirements and handling:
· The surface of the base layer should be smooth, rough, clean, free of oil, and free of floating ash. There should be no sanding, empty drums, cracks, etc. Rinse with high pressure water and keep it moist before construction, but no water.
· When the interface adhesive force is extremely high, it can be pre-painted with Zhengxiang high-strength interface adhesive.
2 Material preparation:
· Powder: The emulsion is placed at a mass ratio of 6:1 (volume ratio is 3:1);
· Pour 80% of the actual amount of the emulsion into the powder and mix well. Then pour the remaining 20% ​​emulsion gradually and stir evenly without agglomeration. The prepared slurry should be used up within 1 hour.
· If it is found that the high-strength repairing material has been thickened during high-temperature construction in summer, a small amount of emulsion may be added and stirred to continue use.
3 Construction:
· Evenly spread the Z30 slurry on the surface of the damp concrete base (powder: emulsion is prepared according to the mass ratio of 2:1), and spread while brushing;
· The construction area should not be too large. It should be staggered and divided into blocks. The area should not exceed 10m2. The interval between staggered construction should not be less than 24 hours. When layered construction, the positions of the seams should be staggered from each other;
· Z30 should be pressed immediately after construction, and should be smoothed once, it is not suitable to repeatedly press. In case of air bubbles, it should be punctured and compacted, and the surface should be dense;
· When the thickness of the surface of the façade or top surface is greater than 10mm, it should be layered. The thickness of each layer of the surface should be 5~10mm, and the lower layer can be constructed when the previous layer is dry.
